1. The FXBG.market Platform
FXBG.market operates an online community multi-vendor platform enabling buyers across Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding counties to purchase regional agricultural produce, artisanal baked goods, fresh seafood, and handcrafted items directly from independent local producers.
2. Buyer Responsibilities & Order Cutoffs
Buyers acknowledge that agricultural and freshly prepared goods are perishable. Buyers are responsible for picking up their orders during the designated Saturday window (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Hurkamp Park) or providing clear delivery instructions. Unclaimed perishable baskets will be donated after market close.
3. Vendor Terms & Sourcing Standards
Vendors agree to maintain active production within the Virginia Rappahannock region, adhere to all local health department rules, fulfill customer orders promptly, and pay the platform subscription fee of $29.99/month.
4. Limitation of Liability
FXBG.market provides the technological catalog and payment routing infrastructure connecting independent farmers with customers. Individual vendors remain responsible for the food safety, preparation, and labeling of their respective products.
