For generations, our family boats have worked the lower Rappahannock estuary where freshwater river flow meets the salty tides of the Chesapeake Bay. This unique salinity profile gives our oysters their legendary sweet, buttery finish with just a touch of mineral salt. We harvest, wash, and grade our shellfish by hand, bringing the freshest coastal catch straight inland to Fredericksburg.
