Our Story & Philosophy
Heritage Hearth is rooted in the timeless art of wood-fired baking. We grind heritage spelt, rye, and Red Fife wheat on a granite stone mill before each bake. Every loaf is shaped by hand and baked in a wood-fired masonry oven using local oak. The result is a deep mahogany crust, open tender crumb, and unmatched aroma.
